What does a member get? 

  • 10% discount on all service calls throughout the year up to $250 for each service!

  • 5% discount on jobs such as heating & air conditioning equipment, foundation repair, conventional water heaters, tankless water heaters, sewer line repairs, etc. up to $500 per job!

  • Preferred scheduling when members call in their service request by 10:00 AM Mon-Fri.

  • Our customer service department will call you to schedule a convenient time for your inspections, check-ups and services. 

How do I become a member? 

  • Tell us the services you want and we will easily get you set up. Our customer service department can take a credit card over the phone, or our technicians can get you set up at your home during a service call

  • Choose at least one of the following selections A or B or both, to become a member! See below for pricing. 

                 A. Two yearly check-ups (one heating and one cooling) (Spring and Fall)

                 B. One annual whole house Plumbing inspection including a flush of your          
                      conventional water heater (Service Details, Service Benefits)

What is the price of a membership? 

  • Pick A or B from the above list for just $129.00!

  • You can then select  the other choice for just $70.00

                        *if you have more than one A/C system, add just $109 for the additional system

 Example 

  • I want my membership to include an annual plumbing inspection – price is $129.00

  • I want to add two yearly check-ups (one heating & one air conditioning) - price is just $70.00

  • Total membership: $199.00
