"Yesterday, Casey did some pklumbing repairs on a new condo we bought. He was great. He explained everything up front, including the possibility of an extra cost if a commode flange was bad. It was and it cost extra, which I understood when I saw him working so hard and long on it. When he got to resetting the second commode (it was loose), he found that just tightening up the bolts fixed it. He could have taken me for some extra costs which weren't necessary, but he didn't. "I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences with Church Services Foundation Repair through Christian Brothers. Eva called me back immediately to make an appointment. They were always reachable and easy to communicate with. Ken and Sam came over to my house and were courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I felt like i was dealing with a company that cares. Fredrico and his crew came to my house and did what looked like impossible work in a quick fashion. When they first piled all of the concrete cylinders on our front yard I did not think that they would use them all but they did. Fredrico went above and beyond and kept certian parts of my broken stone wall from collapsing by tucking it under my home's molding while his men jacked up that section of the house. Watching him out there with his hands ont he wall while giving instruction to 3-4 men to lift in unison was pretty amazing. Also, several holes were directly under small sensitive pipes, tubes and wiring which your expert crew was able to avoid damaging. I had no idea just hwo messed up my home was until they were done. No mess, no fuss, this has been an easy and pain free experience, thank you. I have heard horror stories about foundation repairs and you really busted the myth!." "...I want to thank Leon for doing such a great job when he came out on Thanksgiving to fix my unit. I had the family over for the day and wasn't [sure] how bad the weather was going to be or I would have waited till the next day. "Just a note to advise you that one of your technicians, Leon Robinson, who was at our home on 11/8/2010 to inspect our heater, is a great representative for your business. For almost 2 years now, some wires to the fans on the outside unit were exposed. Although, we have asked about it in the past, we were told that it was no big deal. Well, Leon did not like the fact the wires were exposed. Within a few minutes, Leon had them tucked back into proper position. "I've had to call for afterhours service a couple of times because of incompetence from a repair performed by another well known a/c company. I called Christian Brothers because they were highly recommended. The technical (Alan) that came out twice was professional and highly skilled -- and understood the situation at my house. I can't say enough good things about this company--they've been out late in the evening, responding very quickly to my emergency call. "I am a local Realtor, helping an out-of-town landlord client lease his property. The tenant is arriving tomorrow and the air conditioning unit went out yesterday afternoon.After calling the company I had been using as well as 3 other major companies, I called Christian Brothers at 10 AM this morning to set up an appointment. It is now 2:25 PM. The technician arrived at 1:50 PM (right on time). He correctly identified the problem and fixed it in less than half an hour. "I would like to say "Thank you" to Leon. He came to our home last night (and this morning) to fix our air conditioner. He was VERY nice and courteous. Leon took the time to show both my Husband and I what was wrong with our unit and gave us an estimate of what it cost. Even though he was unable to fix the problem last night (the screws didn't match the ones he had on the truck), he was at our home this morning at the time he promised last night. If there is another way to recognize Leon as a GREAT employee, he should DEFINATELY be recognized. I work in Human Resources and I always find it SO nice to see someone who is cheerful and courteous while working.
